I offer confidential therapy sessions which run for a total of 60 minutes per session.
The process and what to expect
I use a client-centred approach in sessions and work collaboratively with you in identifying and working towards your goals. I focus on building emotional safety and trust as I believe they are essential key aspects to self exploration and change. I feel that the quality of our relationship is fundamental in the process and can provide you with the support necessary in order to make positive changes in your life. Our first session will involve an initial assessment where we will begin identifying and discussing the main presenting concerns in your life. We will also identify goals that will help to guide our future sessions together and help me best support you.
I also offer a variety of other services, from workshops and seminars at schools, to raising mental health awareness in the community, to meditation and mindfulness, and other self-care workshops. Please contact me for further details.
