My mission is to improve the mental wellbeing and overall health of individuals by offering a supportive, non-judgemental, compassionate space for clients to explore their internal world. My practice is based on principles of unconditional positive regard, confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism. I am passionate about improving people’s understanding of the mind-body connection and the relationship between their mental and physical health. I endeavour to promote awareness and understanding, at an individual and community level, of mental health issues and work to reduce the stigma associated with these difficulties. I believe that our mental health is the foundation to our own personal wellbeing and that it is fundamental in living a healthy, meaningful and truly fulfilling life.
